Our exchange policy must meet the following criteria to receive an exchange:
All items must be in their original packaging with tags still attached. Hair must be still in its original bundle and not untied at the top.
Items can not be brushed, worn, washed, colored, unraveled, processed, cut, styled, or altered in any way.
The returned item must be accompanied by the invoice.
We must physically receive the merchandise before an exchange can be allowed. Please allow 72 business hours upon receipt.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest including tracking and/or insurance to protect your package.
Take a photograph of the product(s) and its packaging that backs up the reason for the exchange and send it to us.
